About BoKo's services

BoKo Concepts is an architectural visualisation and development marketing studio based in Adelaide, South Australia.

BoKo creates visual presentation and marketing material using project information supplied for each engagement. This may include building plans, elevations, selections, photographs, material references, sketches, models, reference imagery, and written client instructions.

Source Information

BoKo's visualisation work is prepared from the source information and project instructions supplied for the intended project.

Plans, elevations, selections, and other appropriate source documents remain the primary reference for the underlying project design.

BoKo does not independently certify or verify the architectural, engineering, planning, surveying, construction, or compliance status of client-supplied project information.

Where source information is incomplete, conflicting, or changes during a project, clarification or further scope confirmation may be required before affected work proceeds.

Visualisation is not architectural or technical documentation

BoKo's current visualisation services do not provide or replace:

• architectural design

• architectural drafting or CAD documentation

• engineering advice

• surveying

• planning advice or planning approval

• building certification

• regulatory or building-compliance advice

• construction documentation.

BoKo visualisations should not be used as construction drawings, measured drawings, engineering documentation, planning approval documents or as a substitute for advice or documentation from an appropriately qualified professional.

Any architectural, engineering, planning, surveying, certification, construction, or compliance decision should be confirmed using the relevant professional documentation and advice.

Nature of visual presentation material

Architectural visualisation involves the visual presentation of proposed or intended project outcomes.

Visuals may include presentation decisions relating to lighting, landscaping, furnishings, styling, surrounding context, people, vehicles, and other visual elements. Reasonable interpretation may also be required where the supplied source information does not specify every visible detail.
