These answers cover the most common questions about BoKo’s visualisation services, project information, revisions, and portfolio use.

What information does BoKo work from?
BoKo works from the project information supplied for the engagement, which may include building plans, elevations, selections, photographs, references, 3D models, and written instructions. You do not need every file ready before making an enquiry; the relevant source information is confirmed as the project scope is established.

Does BoKo provide architectural design or drafting services?
No. BoKo creates visual presentation and marketing imagery from supplied project information. Our current visualisation services do not YET include architectural design, drafting, engineering, surveying, planning, certification or compliance advice.
Can BoKo work from photos or sketches?

Potentially. It depends on the project, intended use, and the information available. Send through what you have and BoKo can assess whether there is enough information to establish an appropriate visualisation scope.
Are revisions included?

The revision allowance is confirmed as part of each project scope before production begins. Reasonable client revisions within that allowance are handled as agreed. If plans, selections, source information, project direction or required deliverables materially change after production begins, BoKo may first review the impact against the agreed scope before confirming the next step.

Are BoKo visuals construction accurate?
BoKo reviews its visualisation work against the agreed project information, but the visuals are presentation and marketing material only, rather than construction or technical documentation.
Can I request several visuals for one project?

Yes. Multi-Image Visual Packages can include several spaces, views or project features where more than one image is useful for presenting the project clearly. The number and type of visuals are confirmed as part of the agreed project scope.
Can my project appear in BoKo's portfolio?

Client work is only published where the appropriate permission, confidentiality requirements, and project timing allow.
